I’m going to make zucchini and sweet potato bake to have with sausages and mashed potato for tea tonight. Mr buffy is cooking sausages and mash, and I’m a bit sick of Not Really Ratatouille (stirfried zucchini and tomatoes). Still getting a few zucchinis. Still picking tomatoes. Can’t be bothered making zucchini slice today.
