That’s a nice looking recipe, but I have no spiraliser. I’ll ask my daughter if she has one. I’d love to try this with my purple sweet potato.

I haven’t got a spiraliser either. I use the mouli. Or a grater. Or it could be done with julienne strips cut by hand.

There’s so much a good knife and a pair of scissors can do. A bit like when I suggested grafting machines to my nursery boss, He said“You still have to have a knife and secateurs in hand so how does it compete?”
