I have started the day with a piriform stretch. Right side for me.

Mine’s on the left. Settling a bit now but I’m still sleeping in the spare bed because I can’t roll easily (or without making noises when it hurts). If I sit for too long I can’t then stand up straight for a few minutes until the muscles let go again. I’ve experimented with various chairs and I’ve found the best one now for sitting at the computer.

I found a purple spikey ball that really helps me iron out the kinks.
