Surname is the name of a well known cheap gin, or an engineering company, even a manufacturer of aeroplanes.

That’s good. But it’s also very strange. Maybe it was filed under the wrong alphabetic character at the PO. Or maybe someone saw the 25 and thought “Nobody by that name lives there”.
