It’s the famous 1955 BRM 1.5 litre V16 supercharged F1 car. Also one of the loudest racing cars ever built.
16 pistons, each under 100cc with two tiny valves, a Rolls Royce Merlin supercharger, 82 psi boost and impressive unreliability.
Legend has it that the power didn’t come in until about 6,000 rpm and then it’d double every 2,000 rpm up to the redline of about 12,000 rpm.
