I’m back. J and I went for a walk to the bird hide at the wetland reserve after breakfast. It was cold, but sunny and pleasant. My little plants I’ve put down there are so far surviving. We also watched a pair of swans trying to make their nest higher because the water is rising (at last!). And we saw a pair of royal spoonbills and some egret type birds.
