Just been out to the Lighthouse to have a look at the new Historical Society display that will be there for a while.

It’s quite interesting. I’ve got a reasonable handle on the history of the area since I’ve been running the local history facebook page for 10 years or so, and have accumulated thousands of old pics and hundreds of stories from the pioneers. There was still a fair chunk of pics & info that was new to me, so that was my learnin’ for the day.
