It’s just not true. Congress has no power to overturn or gainsay a presidential pardon. This is just a declaration with no legal impact.

Trump is the sort of person who now might consider doing it just to spite them.

Prof David Cay Johnson says if Trump pardons her. That she can be subpoenaed.

It will need fascinating to see how it works out.

Will be pardon her and whisk her out of the country?

Or will she testify in front of Congress?

Where would she go? What country would want her?
