Her cough did not sound like a goose. More like an old man coughing up flem

Poor thing. Apparently there are vaccines for some of the strains.

Our dogs used to have kennel cough vax because they went to the kennels each month when we were visiting my parents in Melbourne. Hei Long doesn’t have vaccinations any more. After the age of 10 years it’s no longer recommended. He just visits the vet annually for a social visit. Bruna had her vaccinations a couple of weeks before she died. I can’t remember if we dropped the kennel cough one or not because she was no longer going to the kennels.
