I am going to make myself a baked bean sammich for lunch. A 2.2kg chunk of topside beef has been defrosted for Mr buffy to do a roast tea tonight. There will be cold meat for some days to come. I might do some battered roast beef tomorrow. I really like battered roast beef with tomato sauce.
