Imagine if some right wing broadcaster had said that about Grace Tame or Britany Higgins, they’d probably lose their license.

It’s a contestant on a reality show. Now possibly ABC management should have exercised some editorial judgement about whether the offending scene in a longer video was misogynist and breached their broadcasting guidelines but there is no corollary to comparing the incident to a broadcaster saying something similar.

Anyway Alan Jones said Julia Gillard should have been put in a chaff bag and thrown out to see and he didn’t get reprimanded in any way shape or form.
