Aargh…the AuDHD is crashing my brain today.

So many Things To Do, so much noise in my head, plus the overwhelming desire to just sit in front of this open window.

I want to watch the gentle rain and smell the lovely smells and hear the soft sounds of rain on a gum tree, along with the other ambient noises of the area.

I think I want to cry.
