My mother did that. I observed and considerered and decided that it was a smart move. Mind. At the time, her husband and kids were long gone.

To this day I wonder why I wasted so much time spilling stuff when all I had to look to was my mother and the way she alwys approached any such situation. Nothing to do with ewhat they taught me at school.
