Gyroscopes are used in:

drones, planes, helicopters

space telescopes

smart phones

image stabilization for cameras

Agree. Absolutely brilliant. Every space telescope and mobile phone should have a set. An optical gyroscope is far more stable over long periods of time than a mechanical gyroscope. And shrinking it shortens the light path, which has positive influences.
