Best thing is I don’t have to vac up the carpets cut offs and then the old carpet…..

It isn’t available anymore the style colour is a couple of years old now and it was dead stock on their floor…… only way to buy carpet…. we saved $$$$$$$$$$$$$

and are the cats loving it ? – or are they now bound and gagged on the kitchen floor?
well done – cleaning should be a breeze now – and it looks good too.

Oh they have white gloves on their feet…..still working out stuff today ……

Love the makeover Lucky. Like you I love green, but sometimes it looks tacky if not used right with furnishings. But your carpet is great quite elegant. Well chosen…and a bargain to boot!! :)

I know what you mean bu green, Lucky. It must be my favourite colour too, but when we did the kitchen I was all greened out! The old kitchen was a multi-green in muddy shades and was dark and gloomy. I thought I would not want to see another green kitchen again. But I have ended out with green splash-backs in a lighter colour, and find myself buying green appliances etc.

I wonder if this is a gardener thing??

My bridesmaids wore mint green dresses with bottle green chiffon sleeves; the groom and groomsmen wore bottle green suits; the kitchen of my house that we had in the Blue Mountains had emerald green benches; my kitchen at my last house had mint green benches, and now I have just bought a green lounge suite….mmmmm
