Oooh, cornflake crumbs! I wonder if they are gluten free?? I will have to get Mr Bon to keep an eye out for them, as I don’t think my gluten-free flours work very well in crumbing type applications.

Could believe that all they use is corn flake crumbs…..box cost me $3.00 but that box will go a long way. I didn’t used a egg wash before I crumbed them either.
you need a dab of mayonnaise on the salad for it be be perfect.
hi lucky – hi elf – that flu’ took me 4 weeks to shake – and lots of other peoples have reported getting a similar one. its pretty mild but does hang around.
stay cool.

Will do :)
Hope you get better soon Lucky, and hope Elf doesn’t get it.
If it’s the same one I’ve had, Pepe’s right. First week is the worst, but the cough and phlegm keeps on hanging on. I’m at week three now, so hopefully only one more week to go, it’s so annoying when your own cough wakes you from a perfectly good sleep!
Bantams have started to lay eggs…….. they make great eggs for salads and such.
Very wintry here today …………lurvly
Well its official……. Bimbo will be Mrs. Ben Bimbo on the 1st May next year, Married in the Barossa
with the wedding reception at a winery. We went to both places with the kids and Ben’s parent yesterday and we finished the day off drinking beautiful wines (I had 1 glass) and eating wood oven pizzas.
They had white silkie bantams on the lawn and guinea fowl running look in this big flock. It was my first visit to a winery and so I was asking lots of gardening practice questions over the bar as I sipped my skinny coke:)
how wonderful :)

Mixture for the pizza base and using a tomato sauce as a base and not olive oil
