Goving it some worm wee??
Mine are going great on it. I thought after the last stalk harvesting it wouldn’t come back as it was getting really cold.. well just cut another 700 grams off it today.
Rhubarb steamed pud for tomorrow for us , and a rhubarb/apple crumble slice for the visitors.

chuckle – may the rhubarb serial killer rest in peace. LOL.
clap clap clap… no not the sound of a Sheffield Shield audience, but the sound of the PM appreciating L1 efforts or lack of in finally laying the ghosts of all those Rhubarb passed to rest.

Attack Attack, this one is indestructible! By Belenos!
Congratulations, Lucky !! Success at last :D:D:D
just make sure when you do start harvesting that you twist off the stems, not cut, and that you always leave 2 or three good sized leaves on it. The worm wee is a good idea too.

My lads loved those books…we even had the biggest guinea fowl (before he took off) named “Obelix” (he had a mate Asterix)…let’s not go into the fact that these books were often late back to the library because Mum couldn’t remember where she had put them…

As a young lad, one of the greatest gifts I ever received was from my little sister who went to the SA state library and purchased at 50cents each, 12 Asterix and Obelix books that had seen better days and were being offloaded by the library. I still have them.
