I had to zoom in for that. The left and right are two haoves of a broken eggshell and the centre is the yolk and white.

So it’s either part of “don’t carry all your eggs in one basket” or something else.

It doesn’t seem to be “you can’t make an omelette without breaking eggs” or “walking on eggshells”, so my great powers of deduction seem to have failed there.
