actually if you didn’t have digital tv you wouldn’t see le tour. my old tv in the bedroom has only got the cricket now. – both are on sbs at the same time.

Australia trail by 171 runs with 9 wickets still in hand. Katich (DogScratch to his friends) and Ponting are looking comfortable, both on just over a hundred each.

C’mon Aussie C’mon.

Missed that one Lucky… July is the time of year when a young sportsman’s mind turns to the more serious pursuits of galloping cycles over the Pyrenees and the sound of leather on willow at Lords… Is there any other pastimes worth pursuing?

Having said that waffle, the Poms scabbed a draw. utter utter utter…

Aust 8/410 is respectable…I’m stuck in the Lillian Thompson days…ah no, I’m still in the Big Cat Windies Rule days…cricket hasn’t been very exciting since then IMHO,,,,

I concur dinetta, most of my favourite cricket memories include watching players like Chappell and Lillee, Haynes and Greenidge, Gower and Willis, Hadlee and Wright and especially meeting Joel Garner when I was around 5 feet tall and he was just the tallest man alive!!! His hand totally engulfed my hand when we exchanged hands, and I still have the bass and resonance of his voice etched in the back of my brian.

fantastic.
