and mrs rb tried to get my help with it. A letter from the dept of education. An important mail. So why did she ask me when she should have been taught by the education department how to handle mails to and from them? I don’t know.

Anyway, the upshot is that I accidentally pressed the ignore button in the mail message. The mail promptly disappeared off the list. Does anyone know how to get it back?

Looks very simple but I’ll have to get back at her computer to fix it or maybe teach her how simple it is so that she doesn’t go directly to panic stations again either this or the next time.
