FWIW, SN, I recommend learning to use Laplace transforms. Convert any DE to an algebraic equation, solve that, then convert back to the original domain. It works on every DE I’ve encountered IRL, and is the best way I’ve ever seen for solving systems of DEs.

Yeah, but then you have to learn partial fractions, and no-one’s got time for that shit :)

I suspect that Bill will eventually get to LaPlace, the uni will just make him suffer through differential equations first.
