For some strange reason, I’m reminded of:

The horse and mule live 30 years
And nothing known of wines and beers.

The goat and sheep at 20 die
And never taste of Scotch or Rye.

The cow drinks water by the ton
And at 18 is mostly done.

The dog at 15 cashes in
Without the aid of rum and gin.

The cat in milk and water soaks
And then in 12 short years it croaks.

The modest, sober, bone-dry hen
Lays eggs for nogs, then dies at 10.

All animals are strictly ‘dry’:
They sinless live and swiftly die;

But sinful, ginful, rum-soaked men “
Survive for three score years and ten.

And some of them, a very few,
Stay pickled till they’re 92.

Wishing mr car a happy remaining 32 years or so.

I’ve already done it and I’m not going to do it again.
He’s already spread it out over month and I think he might have already had one earlier in the year.

Albert Einstein had no car of his own and he also never learned how to drive.

I am glad your 60th birthday is working out so much better than mine.

I’ll have something in the post for you at some stage.

Sixty, eh?

Does this mean you’re now a heritage model?

Well I don’t think Franklin Mint are planning a die-cast collectable.

Freezing cold mouse hand.

Idea for DA: a chilling little story called Mouse Hand.

Man (or woman) who finds one winter that their mouse hand just keeps getting colder and colder, regardless of the household heating.

Flashbacks and general psychological hints appear to vaguely link it to some unresolved guilt.

And then….
