Not what someone has said of me. This has come from myself. As a result of becoming acutely aware of the generation gap chatting to missy.

There’s probably some sort of cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) therapy I could do to overcome it.
I wonder if I have a copy of the book “feeling good” by David D Burns. Probably just borrowed it from the library.
