Completely fake, I found a drug package on the ground once that was rock salt crystals, I assume it looked like meth so perhaps it was a random selling to a random and they’d never see each other again.

MDMA is often not MDMA at all but various other drugs that mimic the effect somewhat

Someone could sell weak cannabis to an unsuspecting buyer to make more money rather than selling stronger cannabis for the same amount.

I’ve got some old Tramadol from before I started taking SSRI antidepressants and thought about taking one as my back is quite sore but they interact with each other so I haven’t done it

It’s variable depending on SSRI dose, tramadol dose and the person. It’s probably ok as a one off or short term.

The one that frightens me most, and the reason i will never use recreational drugs, is mixing it with a more expensive drug that is highly addictive.

Making up rules and sins to create guilt so they can control you once you are addicted
