Yes. Content posted by the same user. Very handy if you like a particular topic and find people who post regular videos on that.

Something like that. Pretty much any user who posts multiple videos on related topics is said to have a channel. I guess it is just the word they picked as an alternative to album or folder. It is just a list of stuff that user has uploaded.

It is not like a TV channel where there is content being broadcast all the time, it is just a collection of pre-recorded videos arranged so you can browse their list and select what might be of interest. You can “subscribe” to a particular person’s channel so you get notified of any new content they might have posted since last time you looked.
