A new study from Deakin University has found that taking 500mg of vitamin C twice daily can help those with type 2 diabetes by lowering elevated blood sugar levels across the day and minimising spikes in blood sugar after meals.

wasn’t there an article recently suggesting diabetics have been vitamin c deficient usually attributed to avoiding eat fruit because of the worry with managing sugar levels and limiting foods with natural sugars which of course fruit is fructose BUT there are also other goodies like vitamins and fibre.

Mr buffy has been doing this. We read about it when the research came out. I’ll ask him if he’s noticed any difference.
