Yay! We had 1 or 2 November showers last night. The sun is out again now but it’s a bit weak. Might be a bit more wetness around yet.

We had a shower of November rain last night. Woke to see droplets of water glistening in the sunlight. Rather pleasant I can tell you. It wasn’t much going by the guage but it’s cast a different feel about the place. Cast a different feel on me anyway.

G’day Pom. Pepe.
Showery overnight here. Great planting weather.
Had a bludge yesterday apart from netting my tommies.
Just in time too methinks. A couple of caterpillars making holes there.
These Summer taste seem to be really resilient against fungal problems like blight.
The big beef are fairly huge, but not ridiculously so, but a few of the bottom leaves are starting to succumb. Chillies (Jalapeno and some other milder one), are going great. :-)

i don’t blame you having a bludge tho’ – that trip sounded frustrating and exhausting – if sitting around waiting can be called exhausting.
anyrate you’ll our leading planter at present.

As we say, better than a kick in the pants…sometimes you just want to be reassured that precipitation is still possible, especially where you live…

i meant…..you’re are leading… groan.

bluddy hot here and the earwigs still haven’t been tamed – so planting is difficult in adelaide even tho’ its planting time.

Crikey. SO much for Spring. We will hopefully get some cooler days agead, with the NE breeze to keep things cooler in the arvo. I can hear everything growing out there each time the sun comes out.

Noted.
Yes they have had a few crops in them. Some on their first crop.
I’ll drag the camera out at some point and give you a few updates.

I’m getting excited. We are getting a few light showers. Could be some more yet.

Can’t be too soon either. Driving around the area yesterday, I noted many trees on their last legs. If we get rain now some will recover. Any delay and it’s cactus for a lot of them.

Now I have been very good and haven’t mentioned the “R” word for a few days. That doesn’t mean that we have had some and that I’m happy. 4 days in a row we have been told there will be evening storms each night but nothing has happened. Same prediction again tonight. I’ll let you know.

The law of averages predicts they have got to be right eventually if they predict it every evening. LOL.
