I’m home at last. Missed you all terribly. I’ve read a lot of what you’ve all been on about while I was away but I haven’t read the chat thread.
Sorry to say that we are still in desperate need of rain here. Got 17mls in one storm but you couldn’t even see where it landed. Mr P says that Mrs Bligh is punishing us for not allowing her to build her dam.
Glad to say I now know about frogs, praying mantis, gigantic toads, wasps, citrus problems and farting. Keep up the good work guys.
Thank goodness you’re back!! (or is that “here”?) I have found that recipe book , this is what happens when you tidy up for Christmas, and will send you that recipe later today…
Well if it can rain up here you shouldn’t be far behind…sometimes I’d like to up sticks and move to the land of the long white cloud…but then I saw Joanna Lumley’s “Northern Lights” documentary last Sunday and am wondering if I could eke a living in the erstwhile Lappland…I don’t normally buy DVD’s (have bought one: To have and to have not) but I might get that Northern Lights if it comes out in a DVD…
