Hospital staff are subjected to germs in their work environment.

Some may develop natural immunity, antibody research could be extended to all hospitals around the world.

Yes, once they recover.

Hospitals and heath workers tend to carry germs everywhere. My mother went into hospital for a minor operation once, and came out with three distinct hospital-acquired illnesses.

My daughter went into hospital for a minor eye operation once, and died two weeks later from a hospital-acquired illness.
