So they say, but then we don’t get an actual description of the teeth.

Seems like a highly specialised mammal of its day. There are plenty of animals alive today that would pose a puzzle for palaeontologists of the future.

I’ve been wondering about that. What mammals alive today have teeth that would pose a puzzle for palaeontologists of the future? Elephant, wild boar, other?
