Don’t know her well enough to add to that description.
Well, I was impressed by her beehive shaking and she wasn’t too worried. I wouldn’t go as far as to say she was unflappable , as much if the media did, there was a moment where she looked quite concerned, but she rode through it well and continued to do her job.
This is impressive because she was professional, showed a human response and remained calm, then got on with the job without making anything about her.
Gold.

Yeah, nah
In times of crisis Jacinda seems to show empathy and appears to act decisively while keeping everyone informed. Only history can judge if the choices Jacinda makes have overall positive effects but at least she makes them quickly. Jacinda has made some miss steps along the way but her overall image, at least externally, hasn’t suffered too much from them…

and the titanic was unsinkable.
Was on track to possibly lose the upcoming election, although that’s not going to happen now. In Feb the Nats were about 5 points clear in the polls.
Is in a coalition with the NZ First party which normally would send most people here into a tail spin for their stance on immigration and gay marriage etc.
She’s done an excellent job during this crisis, no doubt about that, but she’s not the messiah.

Who? Checks web.
> Jacinda Kate Laurell Ardern (/dʒəˈsɪndə ˈɑːrdɜːrn/; born 26 July 1980) is a New Zealand politician.
Oh.
> New Zealand PM Jacinda Ardern’s live TV interview interrupted by magnitude-5.8 earthquake.
LOL.
Really? I know most people here live under a rock in a tributary but that is above and beyond…

I mean, yeah, but I think moll is showing his derision because he just posted that she’s a politician without her position. Although with moll, you never know.

Well wossisname who recently retired from the electric wireless says she’s an absolute lightweight.
That’s good enough for me.

Surely the Queensland redhead got some loving.
I mean, I’m sure she’s not perfect.. but she is doing a damn fine job..
“Choosing to “go hard and go early”, Ardern imposed a 14-day quarantine on anyone entering the country on 14 March and implemented a strict lockdown two weeks later, when fewer than 150 people had been infected and none had died. New Zealand has recorded just 18 deaths; public trust in Ardern’s government is greater than 80%.”
her public are applauding her.. Alan Jones’ opinion of her can also fuck off is not that significant.

On the contrary.
Anything that Jones says with conviction can be used as a pretty reliable indication that the opposite is true.

For whatever (probably twisted) motive Jones has gone in hard in opposition to CSG/fracking, and coal mining on the Liverpool Plains…

Really?
Alan Jones’s ongoing campaign on coal seam gas — his Press Club speech yesterday was more or less a reheat of his extended railing on the issue on his radio program — has produced more than just the unusual sight of a Greens-Jones unity ticket.

Yes. With moll and politics you never know. Even I never know.
moll is an apolitical animal.
I wouldn’t even recognise the name of my state premier, or any state premier.
