The other three use the elastic properties of tee shirt material to mould to the nose. Comfortable but not perfect shape as air can escape along the sides.

I don’t hold anything off the ears, because elastic can hurt the back of the ears.

Mrs California would be wrong here. The Qld Local Government Act allows local councils make ‘local laws’ about pretty much any damn thing they feel like, and impose enforceable penalties for violating those local laws. I imagine that LG Acts in other States do very much the same.

I had to review a Council’s compliance the the LG Act, and got advice from some experts in govt law about it. The ‘pretty much any damn thing they like’ phrase was how they put it.
