geez – a long cool growing season ???
i am planting leeks and onion now but i’ll be blowed if i can understand anyones planting guide. really they need a long hot season and are mostly a summer crop in cold areas. ah well – each man for himself. the trouble with planting them now is they will go to seed in spring.
