Another piece from Scientific American. I rather enjoyed this one. I think Arts might like it. (It’s not about dead bodies though…)

Roger that.
Wait for a message from Trevor, the magnolias are in bloom or if he’s all liquored up it could be the Mongolians are in Broom
Over.
Biden’s final margin looks like being about twice the margin that Trump had over Hillary, and probably the biggest since Ronny Raygun in 1980.

“They forgot the Golden Goose. The biggest difference between the 2016 Election, and 2020, was @FoxNews!”
This is one goose we won’t be forgetting
i’m going to entertain the idea for a moment there is a genuine conspiracy, a global conspiracy, that a global population of 7.86 billion or whatever on the trajectory it is absolutely requires conspiracy
so, further, if that were true of the big picture, there was some awkward truth about that, potentially so uncomfortable, then I could see various other conspiracies substituting, and growing exploitability of that field, suggestibility
i’m thinking people have been primed for an overpopulated future, those people of the future are markets, future markets, for the sort of technology that is evolving

Sky and Fox are still producing slightly Trump headlines.

There is legislation in the Senate am to give the Feds more power in climate change scenarios. those scenarios they dont believe in.

Got to wonder how this is going to end up. Trump is going to start his own news network as a rival to those communists over at Fox but the latter have been apologising for him for so long they might struggle to make the turn.

The Who’s Who on Kash Patel’s Crazy Enemies List
Trump’s pick to run the FBI has already made it known who he plans to persecute if he gets confirmed.
Patel doesn’t literally call his list, which appears as an appendix in Government Gangsters, an enemies list; more blandly, he calls it “Members of the Executive Branch Deep State.” But “deep state,” in the context of Trumpworld grievance, is no neutral term. In the book, Patel calls the deep state “a cabal of unelected tyrants” and “the most dangerous threat to our democracy.” Consider also the book’s title, and that in introducing the list Patel apologizes for omitting “other corrupt actors of the first order.” It’s an enemies list.
List appears here:
