nah, fractal is self-similar on all scales. the universe and our brains have a lot of stuff between those ends that aren’t self-similar.

not read the article, but of the likelihood of real features of systems across scales having self-organizing similarities, i’d expect so

The same was said in this book published in 1974.
I didn’t find the argument in that book to be convincing.
