We aren’t. Just a main. The duck has been in the oven for it’s first of 4 hours now. I just turned it over onto its tummy. At the next hourly turn I will tip some of the fat out, so later I can cook the potatoes and pumpkin in duck fat.

We did Christmas yesterday on account of the grandson going to his dad’s today.

The grandbaby came for a surprise visit yesterday as well.

There is still a lot of Christmas for breakfast , lunch and dinner today as well though.
