Is it possible that a negative universe or opposite universe could exist where the stars in that alternate universe stars are black and black holes are white?

Where black holes are white – yes.
In the dim distant past I used to believe that our universe was like that, that quasars were white holes.

Where stars are black – no.
Or, not with any laws of physics that I can think of at the moment.
I’ll give it some thought.
