You guys are the first to see these photos. I have about 10 to show you. I can’t show any of Pat, as he’s not one for his face on the internet. So they will be emailed seperate to who ever wants to see him in his suit and with his daughter or that swish looking chick he took to the wedding.

We have been home for a few hours….. but had family from Sydney here as well.

So here goes…. my beautiful beautiful daughter and my new son…. with out having any labour pains….

Mark and Amy met when she was 4 days old and Mark was a new born…. Mark’s mum is my best friend from Whyalla.We were at Mark’s wedding 3 years ago. We as mum’s met and shared the same room in the hospital and have been friends ever since.

Cake… cut as soon as they arrived and became the dessert later on.

I wanted a dance with my daughter on her wedding day too

Hope you enjoyed the photos (I’m sure you did)… so tired now its over and I still cry when I think of her at special times of the day……

It didn’t really hit me she was getting married until they pulled up in the car… all the bridal look of the car and she sitting with her dad.

I cried as she was walked down the aisle by her very proud dad.

I didn’t cry when I read the 1st reading though….

I cried with my sister as we looked at our 2 daughers sitting at the wedding table….(Jo is her maid of honor in green) as role are reversed in Nov when Jo gets marries. The girls grew up in each others house.

I cried when I said good bye to her at 11.30

And I;m crying now……..
So proud of her… that it hurts.

I have tears running down my face, what a beautiful weeding, was not sure about the runners but I they really suit, the girls all looked great, loved the colours as well, and what can I say about the roses, YAY and yes I would love to see the Elf , hehehe, it has topped of and made what has been a TopsyTurvey w/e end in a nice way, thanks :) Percy looked very spiffy as well. A beautiful wedding for a beautiful daughter. You can be as proud as you want Lucky because she is something to be very proud of. Congratulation to you and the Elf for a job well done. All those years of nurturing and caring have created someone very special.

Runners are a joke with the boys, as Ben collects them…. Amy gave him a collectors pair with diamond in them and the shoe laces as a wedding gift.

At the wedding reception Amy had a pair of gold coloured shoes on that were covered including the sole in glitter……. those 2 could open a shoe shop and still have left overs…lol

Pat’s speech was short but really nice. No the groom didn’t stutter…lol

You know something Bon…. those two “looked” liked they loved each other. Some weddings I have been too, they seem to not connect on the day….. know what I mean??? Where as these two looked at each other with naked love on their faces…..

Know exactly what you mean :) When my parents came back from my cousin’s wedding, they said the bride just looked impatient and grumpy all day, as she was trying to get everything “perfect”. Works a lot better if you’re aiming for fun and full of love, I reckon!

Hope they have an awesome honeymoon :) And you can have a rest from sewing now!! :)

I’m going to start getting them on special occasions.. bubs and so forth :)

Forgot to tell you all….

Some people who saw me in a dress yesterday… had never seen me in anything but shorts…this included our own friends as well as the kids friends…lol

I was the talk of the wedding, with my family…after Amy of course…. as they hadn’t seen me in years dressed up like that. I felt very special once I was all dolled up.

Such a simple technique on the dress but it’s hugely effective…looks like there’s swirls and swirls of material…don’t normally like bridal gowns but this one does look “bridal”…
