Subject: Kidney and oxtail casserole?

Can you combine the two for a casserole? We are packing away the meat, thankfully just a small animal this time, and MrD is fantasising about kidney and oxtail combined in a casserole.

Sure , it can be done but heaven only knows what it will taste like. Both have distinctive flavours and the two combined might be overpowering. Then again, there is no acounting for individuals taste buds.

Thanks Pomolo I might do an internet search as well…I’ve never cooked oxtail before, but I used to cook a mean steak and kidney…
