Yeh, I agree about Poh – it’s nice to see her watching so closely what the other chef is doing, she’s always looking to learn more.

I can’t stand Nigella, but I can’t exactly say why. Something in her mannerisms I suppose – I have to switch channels when her tea ads come on.

Of course, James Reeson is my favourite :) Love his sense of humour and it’s always nice to have a bit of eye candy with your cooking :D

A fellow that works with MrBL is going to Britain with his wife and another couple and the women are such Rick Stein fans that a special trip to Padstow has been organised to eat at his restaurant.
