Could well be a TR-3 Black Manta aircraft (also known as ‘the Flying Dorito’), which (officially) don’t exist. Neither did the SR-7s or F-117s, for a good part of their existences.

Funding for the project was supposedly cut off quite a few years back, by could equally have been buried in the budgets for other projects.
