My supplier said they were laying in the cages.

Just went down and they had been booted out of the shed and were huddled in a corner of their yard. So they and the ducks are now tucked in bed with the older girls;)

i’m getting no eggs at the moment so i might follow your example and get some new POLs. two of my chicks turned out to be roosters – ‘bear’ and ‘disprin’. disprin is the spitting image of old ‘aspro’ but bear is a redhead.

POint of lay at Globe derby are $13 each….. Gilbert & Fodder are $15.95 each.

I got 2 or 3 eggs from them today…….. eggs are a richer brown shell…used one of their eggs tonight and it was pale yellow yoke.
