I found a website with a set of maps that display how much the coast is eroding or accreting over time. It is quite interesting to see the changes, some natural, some manmade. Zoom in to your area of interest and check it out.

No change where I used to live. See below. And to think I was worried about coastal erosion back in 1988, which is the first coast line on the map.
