Good idea PM. I have a couple spares that are ok too.
The new modem I got hasn’t missed a beat, but we found out that we were having probs with the other ones because they weren’t capable of keeping up with the speed of my i7 PC.
Got a faster compatible one now (read triple the price!) but the other modems I still have are still great, for anything under an i7.

not the cheese Bega but a bread Bega is made, with yeast and flour… like a runny bread dough that is left to go a bit fermented and this creates the sourness. This becomes a Mother Culture (like Ginger beer) and can be used to sour the rest of your breads.

You can create your own Bega at home. Like making yoghurt, it is the temperature that you need to keep right. It needs to ferment at a certain temp for a certain length of time in order to live. But once you have your own Bega established, you can keep it alive in the fridge.
Might go look for a good cookbook with destructions in it.
