Navigation – Intermittent satellite navigation (GPS) problems, including loss-of-lock and increased range error may occur. Radio – HF (high frequency) radio may be intermittent.

That will depend on which spacecraft that image was filmed by. If by SOHO then it’s a long way from directly towards us.
I can think of a lot of things more likely to affect the internet.
