I skimmed it first, it’s a big read to do it properly.

I did a literature search in order to determine how and when this (horrible) system came into effect. There is not a single mention in the medical literature of who is responsible for inventing these clinical stages, and not even any mentioin of when they came into effect.

The system of three phases must have come into place after 1967, because in that year the time from first diagnosis to mass vaccine distribution was only 4 months.

These phase trials are based on the premise of “guilty until proved innocent”. Which is the worst possible legal system and results in the highest possible number of deaths from any deadly disease. Totally immoral.
