That certainly can be true in some circumstances, but when we are talking about contribution to a team game, and the ranking in the one skill set is undoubtedly number 1, whilst the ranking in the other skill set is probably somewhere in the millions, I doubt that focussing on the weaker skill set in the context of a top level game is really a good idea.
