Build a system for collecting mass amounts of user data.
Install no systems for restricting the use of that data.
Cry poor when regulators require you to have systems installed for the use of that data.
They make $40B a year, it’s not like they can’t afford to do it.
I was sceptical that Facebook really make that much profit so I was checked and was proved to be right to be sceptical.
They actually make close to $70 billion.
That’s almost $100 billion in real dollars.
