Phil and Paul are no linger working together. Phil is doing the NBC coverage.
You will need to get a VPN account and an NBC streaming account if you want to hear Phil. You’ll have to pay for both.

Oh, come on, I’m only a cycling fan for 3 weeks a year, and half of that is just for watching the beautiful shots of castles and chateaus.
Here we go.
fuck me
Some dickhead doing cooocking. And I can’t say “fuck you, Gabriel Gaté” as it’s another French wanker.
I do find it quite humorous that the announcers at the TdF in Denmark are doing all the announcing of riders in English :)

Nodded off every now and then, and missed the end.
Pogacar wins and Mathews was second across the line.
Pogacar wins again.
I suspect that this year’s race is going to be a bit boring.

No.
I just hate that this forum does not have a back button. I wrote an extremely paragraph length and erudite response…and fucking lost it. So I’m just going to go with the ‘No’.

Wout van Aert wins the stage.
Mathews in second…again :(
Bob Jungles wins the stage.
Stage 10 this evening. Nothing to get real excited over.

Demonstrators on the course so the race has gone into a pause. All the riders are stopped where they are.

No idea. They did not show them. They’re off and racing again.

And it is safer to prop in front of a bicycle race rather than a horse or car race :)

Kind of seems like motor sports would be a better target for such protests

Were there any legal consequences for the clownius who caused Oss to break his neck?

Not as far as I know.
FUCK
Schultz beaten by a bees dick.
Jaysus – Pogacar has cracked.
Vingegaard wins the stage.
Pogacar went from the obvious winner of le Tour to ‘oh, shit’.
Pogacar goes from so far in front that “it’s all over, why bother” to third and nearly two and a half minutes behind the leader.
Pidcock (UK) wins the stage. No change fr the leaders.
Stage 16 tonight. 6 days remain and they are in the Pyrenees.

A Canadian has won a stage for the second time ever.
Hugo Houle wins stage 16.
Stage 17 tonight with a cat 1 finish. You’d expect Pogacar will have to try to attack on the last climb.

Stage 18 – i think they call it “Fuck Me”.

Tis on my viewing list, Mr Beeny Boy.
Just waiting for the fat lady to finish singing.
Pogacar has been dropped 4 ks from the summit.
Vingegaard wins the race and gains another 63 seconds on Pogacar. Now has over three minutes and unless someone shoots him he’s got the race sewn up.
Jaysus, some bloke called Christophe Laporte won the stage. I’m listening to the interview after the race and it’s all french to me.
It’s the last night.
Australia’s Caleb Evans is carrying the Lanternes rouges.
Jonas Vingegaard is the race winner. I won’t be staying up as it still has a few hours to go.
Stage 2 of the Ladies this evening. 35 km to go. They are certainly kinder with the times.

Fuck…huge stack and some of it looked ugly.
sibeen said:

Shit, another one. They don’t have the police presence indicating where traffic islands are etc. This is causing issues.
Marianne Vos wins stage two!
Ludwig wins the stage and Vos retains the yellow.
Stage 4 this evening.

Yeah, it was a beauty.
Vos wins the stage and retains the Yellow Jersey. More than likely her last day in the yellow as tomorrow is brutal with three category 1 climbs and Vos ain’t a great climber.
Stage 7 this evening and this will certainly sort them all out.
For some strange reason SBS isn’t starting their telecast until 11:25 – the utter bastards.

Be all over by then. And not even live stream before then either.
They live steamed for an hour or so before FTA in le bicyclettes d’Italia though hey what but.
But they haven’t done that since.
Van Veluten blows the course up. She’s now got the yellow and won’t give it up.
Stage 8, the final stage for the ladies. Annemiek van Vleuten just needs to stay upright to win the race. Telecast fro 11:30.
