I wonder. Survivable in a drysuit with aqualung given a sufficiently large oxygen and water supply?

No, not survivable in a dry suit and aqualung.
Mars atmospheric pressure is 0.095 psi… it’s close enough to a vacuum to be considered a vacuum in regards to human survivability. You need a space suit or you will be dead within a few minutes.
